A little about John
John Smale is a professional commercial interior designer, business proprietor, artist and content creator living in South Eastern Ontario.
He owns and operates PACE Design, a boutique design agency servicing businesses in the region with plans and strategies for creating functional and inviting spaces.
In days past, John was involved in an endeavour called Smales Pace, a cafe and club in London, Ontario which operated during the 70’s, hosting many great Canadian and American musical acts. Stories about that time and place can be found here
John has also been a long time contributor and leader with the Rotary Club of Belleville, a service organization that focuses on effective charity and support for youth to help them reach their fullest potential.
Recently John decided to scale back his architectural interiors business and took up painting in watercolour. The “Artwork” tab will take you on a tour of the gallery with the ability to order prints of your favourite scenes.
